In the ungerminated state, cannabis and hemp seeds are considered a collector’s item or novelty adult item, for adults 21 years of age or older, and in other words safe for purchase. OG Seeds holds no liability for misuse and our seeds must not be used in conflict with national law. It is the customers responsibility to know the legal parameters of their jurisdiction. Cannabis and hemp have become legal in some countries and states.
