Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is free! We offer free standard economy shipping for our customers at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours from receipt of payment. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the local postal service. We do not ship outside of the US. Please provide a valid delivery name and delivery address to ensure the parcel will be successfully delivered. We do not offer refunds on shipping fees.  

Standard Ground Shipping: takes approximately 5 days business days after payment is received.

Expedited Shipping: takes approximately 3 days after payment is received.

Please note that during holidays and peak hours we cannot guarantee these delivery times, since postal delays are out of our control.

Tracking 

Once your payment has been received and your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  You will be able to track your package using this tracking number.  If your order does not arrive by the maximum shipping time and you have contacted your local postal service, please reach out to our team and we will help locate your package.
